About the film :
The story is on behalf of the main character of Forrest Gump (Tom Hanks), a man with a noble and an open heart, but with intellectual disabilities (pre-school his IQ was 75), which tells the story of his extraordinary life.
"Forrest Gump" is considered one of the kindest and moving films of world cinema, though not without drama. Directed by Robert Zemeckis demonstrated in this film an entirely new approach to presenting the material, leading story on behalf of mentally retarded and showing life through his eyes. It is surprising, but life through the eyes of Forrest Gump is not terrible and hopeless, what many imagine a life retarded persons. Life of Forrest Gump is unexpectedly very simple, understandable, but at the same time deep in meaning and rich with interesting events. It is easy to vital principles of Forrest Gump and his spontaneity in the perception of complex events of life is stunning effect of lightness perception of the film. Where another director could show the tragedy and horror, Zemeckis proved very easy and clear all the history that has traditionally arouses in the audience the best feeling. Even in this movie, no doubt it should be noted Tom Hanks a brilliant game, so naturally and accurately depicted on the screen of a mentally retarded person, that the viewer no doubt the veracity of this image. Hanks was awarded the "Oscar" for this role.
